Michael J. Ingino has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1995, the State Bar of Texas since 2013 and the Seminole Tribal Court since 2016. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova-Southeastern University in 1995, and started with the Office of the State Attorney as a prosecutor in Broward County, prosecuting defendants for a variety of crimes including misdemeanors and felonies. Mike came to the firm in 1998, where his practice shifted to civil litigation, concentrating in the area of creditor rights and collections.
He proudly served in the United States Navy, on both active duty and reserves, where he obtained the rank of Aviation Boatswain’s Mate Handler, Second Class, ABH2 (AW). He was ranked first in his Airman apprenticeship class. He also obtained his Air Warfare Specialist designation as a Third Class Petty Officer while on deployment to the Persian Gulf in 1988.
Mike’s main area of practice is collections and he is intimately familiar with the state and federal laws, rules and regulations relating to collection of debt. In 2011, 2013, 2014 and again in 2016, Mike and his staff were recognized by a major client as a top performing firm within its attorney network.
Mike is married to Cheryl DeJean-Ingino, who has been instrumental to the firm’s success having worked at the firm for more than twenty years in various roles from legal assistant to office manager. He enjoys his family, which includes two exceptional boys, Cary and Blake.
